6. Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at returns@theunapologetic.shop within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with at least 50% of the contents remaining, and include valid proof of purchase. Only first-time purchases of a product are eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of any product returned before issuing a refund. Any product that is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling, or that is returned with less than 50% of the contents, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or store credit. We do not provide refunds to alternative accounts, or cash. Any associated shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Failure to follow the return process or comply with the conditions above may result in refusal of the return request.
